Problem with the Service Desk Configuration

Hi Experts, i am having a problem, when I run the Trx: IB52 i only see two systems BID and SOL, even though I have in my SMSY PRD, QAS,DES,BIQ and BIP, every time that I use the Trx: IB_GEN I got the "No business partner of type organization for customer number ######", so I have checked the REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT log and I got this:

I have Checked the table V_AISAPCUSTNOS and everything is Ok, my Solman is 7.0 EHP1 SP 24, thnks for your answers.

Are you by any chance getting a DUMP with this? Have you checked ST22?
