Workflow completed, but Shopping Cart in status 'Waiting for approval'

Hi

We are on SRM5.5 in Ext Classic Scenario

We have following situation.

A shopping cart remains in status 'Waiting for approval' whilst the Workflow shows that all approvers have done approval.

I have checked within BPP_PD, SHC status = I1015 Awaiting Approval ; the workflow (WS14500015 Item based approval) has status 'Completed'

I have checked RZ20 and SM58 , no errors found in there.

Any idea what could be cause and/or how to solve this so SHC gets approved and PO is created

Hi,

It looks PO copy creation in MM was failed after main PO was created in SRM. In that case, you can find someting in RZ20.

Could you paste the serise of document status from BBP_PD?

Even PO is not created at SRM side .

document status is a follow

Please past the workflow status from same document in BBP_PD.

Hi,

Have you scheduled the CLEAN_REQREQ_UP program?

Is this the first document in the system and got an issue? or Only specific document has this issue and other are fine?

Hi

CLEAN_REQREQ_UP is running every 5 min. as a scheduled job. Since 01-01-2011 we had about 5 Shopping Carts with this problem.

Lots of others without any problem, SHC fully approved, PO created and replicated into backend

Hello,

Does this issue occurs with all documents or with a specific one? There is any PO version opened at bbp_pd? If there is any PO version that is not completed the document cannot be released.

If this also occurs only with one document it could be some pontual error. You can check at SM58 if there is any RFC error. Check at SWU3 also the WFL.

If you want to complete the PO (turn the awaiting approval status to X) you can do this at SWO1 but the WFL have to be completed:

->go to transaction SWO1:

1. Put the object type: BUS2201

2. Click on "Test"

3. In "Instance" put the PO GUID:

4. Then execute the "setrelease" method:

5. INITIATOR:

6. Now the PO should be completed (approved).

Also if you get any error here on making the releasing manually you can debug and find the reason (should be the same reason why system does not make it automaticatlly.

Usually when WFL is ok and the PO cannot be realeased some error itself exist. Can be also a doc_change or save badi.

Please also check if you have the following notes applied:

1110412 Ouput Customizing: Max. 1 Action for each Action Definition

1285741 "Complete" action set the PO status to "Awaiting Approval"

1233774 Customer fields are not transfered to the historical

Hi,

Since the SC is approved at all levels, try to push it through SWO1

Object as BUS2121, and then select test then slect instance there enter the SC numberthen and then execute the set released optin. Here you need to enter again the SC number and initiator is WFAdmin.

If it executes without any issues, then SC will move to Approved status otherwise it will show u the relevant error.

By using SWO1 we managed to set status to Released and now Follow-on Document is created. PO is created automticly and replicated in backend
