kindly resolve my issue

i assigned inspection type 10 in material master.

i configured origin 10 inspection at shipping

every truck i want to create delivery order and create shipping document this shipping document link with contract and sales order so every truck i have to do PGI

if i click pgi system generate inspection lot so every truck is generate one inspection lot i want to control customer salesorder

posting date combination one inspection lot

i check user exist QAAT001 but it is trigger at the time of creation delivery can any body guide how to control lots

If I understand this problem, you want to PGI each truck, but you want only one inspection lot for the sales order which is related to many deliveries.

If that I what you want, then no.. I don't think any standard SAP can set that up for you.

If you are shipping the same batch of material in each truck, you might be able use the copy results funtionality to populate this data and use auto UD's to close them out. It might be possible to get this set up so no users need to do anything.
