Customer master--> sales area--> Billing tab.

Hi Expert,

My question is In customer master, Sales area, Billing tab. there are two fields.

1. Invoicing dates

2. InvoicingListDates

Please let me know what is purpose of both & where it is used. which scenrion they use both the field & what is implication of the both the filed.

For example if you don't want to bill it on sunday,customize a factory calendar,select it in above field.

Now when you do invoice on sunday,system will default mondays date & do posting,

but you can override in billing document with sundays date.

Press F1 help with cursor on respective fields,you can get to know difference between two fields.

Dear Shashi,

These fields are used if we want to do billing on specific DATES for example Weekly, Monthly etc.

You can assign create CALENDAR and assign. This calendar will provide BILLING DATES
