TCode and Path for create Delivery Chalan

Dear Experts,

Can anybody Explain me how to create Delivery chalan and How to make output detemination for it?

You need to create a smartform.

Then create a delivery output type - and assign the smartform.

Path - Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> Basic Shipping Functions -> Output Control -> Maintain Output Types

Then assign this Output type in delivery output determination procedure (header).

Although most of the fields shall get fetched from Standard Delivery fields - some may need to be captured in un-used fields or Header Text

Then in VL02n or VL03n - you can see it th, the 'Issue Output To' function.

Hi Ahmod,

Delivery Note and Inbound delivery are one and the same.

Based on the Shipping Notification received from the Vendor we create Inbound delivery in the system.

Delivery note contains the Qty despatched by the Vendor.

Pro-forma Invoice is a concept used in Sales and is similar to a billing document.which contains quantity and customer details.

Out put detarmination you need to create and assign with delivery type heade as soon as you create delivery you will get delivary note.

Hi Manzoor,

If the requirement is to have a 'Delivery Chalan' printed, then you can define a custom output type and assign it to delivery header output procedure.

Try out with VL31N for creating the delivery challan.

VL32N for changing.

VL33N for diaplay.

There is no standard tcode / Standard SAP process for to create Delivery Chalan

You need to go for enhancement

First you need to create Z tables to store the information

The you need to develop the sap script for that

Also need to devlope Z screens for that take help of ABAPer
