In QA02 ..hOw to make the posted quantity to Zero

Hi Guys,

In Inspection lot for one material under tab Inspection lot quantities.There is some number of quantity in inspection lot quantity for example say 5000.In that 2000 are moved to unrestricted stock.and remaining 3000 are in Postings.

System Status for this inspection lot is UD ICCO SPST STUP.

Problem here is when ever they are running MRP these lots are also showing in MRP .But There is quantity in Inspection lot for which quantity(3000) need to be posted. But these quantities cannot be posted due to material not available in MMBE stock.

can any one suggest how to proceed further.

There was some inconsistency between MM And QM .This has been resolved by running the report ZQEVAC20 from the attached note 48815

Practically UD ICCO SPST STUP status means stock posting has been partially carried out.So it has to be there in MMBE under QI & This QTY will be always reflected in MRP but in QI.

Now What you need to do is go to QA11/QA32 >Usage Decision->stock posting screen & put rest of the 3000 QTY in Unrestricted stock.
