System Error in File scenario

Hi Everybody,

I just tried a simple file to file scenario.

File was deleted and message was seen in sxi_monitor but file is not created in receiver folder.

When checked in RWB, in Message monitoring the message got status as system failure.

Both sender and receiver adapters are shown as configured correclty.

Can anyone say how to rectify this error.

Hi,

Try to check the Auditlog for the message in the Message Monitoring. You would get to know the reason for failure.

check your detailed error in

RWB --> Component Monitoring --> Adapter Engine --> Communication Channel Monitoring -->

Receiver Communication Channel.

Check the error here.

Thank you all I checked the log and found that the folder had some permission issue, now its working fine

Try to check the auditlog in Channel Monitor for CC Receiver.
