Issue in Syndication

HI,

We are using MDM 7.1 SP04.

When i use the workflow to syndicate the record, i am getting the follwoing error in syndication server

"Could not authorize repository session.RC = "

And the file is not available in the ready folder of the outbound port

Kindly suggest the work around

HI Antony,

This is a problem with Password in Syndication server. Check/ retype the Password for your repository (for connecting to Data Manager).

Reason and Prerequisites

The defined user that is carrying out the import does not have the correct password set in the Console for either the Import or Syndicator Servers.

Solution

1) Start the Auxiliary server for either the Import or Syndicator

2) Enter the password

3) Stop and then restart the relevant Auxiliary server

but how would i know who has changed the password for MDSS user at syndiacation server level and where can we check this information.
