reports once we run Tcode VL10C

Dear Experts,

I nedd to get report from VL10C when actualyy three areas with the three areas with the blocked reasons

Delivery failure:

order No customer block reason- No schedule confirmations

To creation failure:

Or No Delivery No customer block reason--cr limit

PGI failure:

OR No Delivery No TO Number customer block reason--cr limit

please help me to know the is it possible to get this report from VL10C,or else we need to create Z report

if so how to devlop this and where can we get all the blocked reasons in these three areas.
