iis there any routine in pricing procedure to make the value of particular discripation nagetive as i am not using the condition type .

You have to go with some Z routine only.

I am not sure of a routine.

You can remove the account key assigned to that condition type in the procedure. Also, you can set that as "not relavant for printing".
