QM Inspection Lot Successful UD but batch still pending QI

Dear QM Master,

There's one issue as below -

QA have reissue a new inspection lot (QA02) for 1 Batch and successfully UD.

QA did change the usage from universal, 3 to good reciept, 5 under task list QP01.

bad news is .. when check inventory,, this batch still pending for QI.

What should we do ? Should we cancel the inspection lot ? If yes please advise what is the tcode?

Or there's some others way.

Dear,

If you want to cancel the inspection lot, then go to the MB51, here maintain the material code, plant and batch(of the inspection lot which has to cancel), then execute. Select the Document No. of the 101 movement and go to the MIGO, here select the Cancellation tab, enter the document no. and execute and maintain the desired values and save, result will be your inspection lot will be cancelled.

Please check this and revert.

You need not cancel the lot. Please ensure whethere you have done stock posting during UD, otherwise it will be in Quality stock only. Go to QA32 select either all inspection lot or only inspection lot with UD and do the stockposting.

If it is OK respond accordingly.

Yes there's only QI stock now and i wish to cancel the inspection lot , but how ?

The cancel button in the inspection lot Change are disable.

Did you clear the stock? I mean posted it to unrestricted from QI?
