Sales order raised in Oct 2010, therefore in the sales order the price picked for that year.

new pricing condition record is maintained in 2011 deleting the old one (2010)

Billing document has been raised in 2011, where they are getting the above error message in the billing document.

Could you please help me how can we suggest the user to solve the issue.

Hi,

I dont know if you have already created an invoice or not.

If not, please reprice the sales order once. It will update the new price and then you can invoice.

If you have already invoiced, you may have to cancel the same using VF11, reprice the order and check correct value has come up, and then invoice the order.

Hi,

there is no need to delete the existing condition record, any way you are maintaining the condition record from and to date for that condition type,

you can set the indicator in the condition type pricing date should be standard which will take up present date or sales order date.

your problem will solve.
