Products from SRM MDM catalog are not transferring to shopping cart

Hi ,

We are using SRM 7.0. We tried to create a shopping cart from the MDM catalog. The products are selected from the Catalog when clicking the check out button we are getting this error .

Products are not transferring to the shopping cart

whether any one has faced the same defect .If resolution is there please provide

the defect are:

We have changed the Return Target parameters value to _top

Issue is fixed

Hi,

We have checked the T.Code: SICF it is active.

We have deactivated and made active once again.

Can you tell where exactly this error message.

Is it in SRM (or) Portal (or) BASIS related (or) MDM related (or) any other area ..I have got a clue it may be related to IE version.

current IE is 7.0 . I have tried in IE 8.0 Still the same problem exists

Is the error message from IE browser?

Can you paste your catalog call structure parameters? Is returntarget=_parent ?

Hi,

There is option BYPASS_INB_HANDLER=X in catalog call parameters.

This is not fixing the root cause but you can test with this option.

Call structure is given below. It is working fine in DEV.

We are setting the Quality server we are getting the above error

Hi,

I think it is portal content permission error.

Please check the permission for iv_create_sc iVew in NetWeaver Portal.
