We have a scenario in which once the shopping cart is approved the sourcing relevant indicator (BBP_PDIGP-source_rel_ind) gets set to 'Y' because of which the shopping carts doesnot appear in the sourcing cockpit. There are no follow on documents created for this shopping cart. In what all scenarios does this indicator gets set to Y. The shopping cart item is free form or limit item.
Thanks,
Soorya
SAP got back saying user must have completed the order, the only the sourcing relevant indicator is set to 'Y'. It may not be the buyer, but some other user who completed the order.

hi reddy,
Thanks for that. But the issue here is the SC doesnot even appear in SOCO. After the shopping cart is approved the sourcing indicator is set to 'Y' and so it doesnot appear in SOCO.
Thanks,
Soorya

Dear All,
Just for information, in our scenario , our SC was transferred from R/3 to SRM, and in the sourcing, the Source_rel_ind = "X", indicator "Y" is set when we complete the SC from sourcing cockpit. And sometimes the SC will have a blank Source_rel_ind (transfer problem), You may check in SM58 is there any log , and you can try use function BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER to retransfer the SC again.

Darwin
Hi
The souricng indicator will be set to Y (sourcing completed) once the purchaser rejects the SC from SOCO.
At the header level of the SC 'status' field shows as 'Approved', but in the item level 'status' field, it shows as 'cannot be ordered'.
Regards
Reddy
