Hello Neeta,

Are you the task creator or responsible? Have you tried to see if this shows up with other users perhaps? I assume that there are open tasks in your system currently?

Thanks,

Mark

Our installation # changed due to solaris to linux migration. SAP logged in and fixed our issue.

Hello Neeta,

In the SMSY defintions does this system have and ADS (Adobe Document Service)?

If it does is the instance marked as Relevant? If it is, the flag should be removed and this should result in the display open tasks button to appear again. If this does not resolve, you may want to look at SAP Note 1478251 - Missing Elements in System Monitoring Graphic.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Paul

HI,

The production satelleite system underwent a unicode & platform conversion and yesterday solution manager diagnostics for the production satellite system was set up - using solman_setup. Any of these changes could have caused this issue, but how?

As far as SMSY data, ADS is flagged as "relevant" in our D and Q system and the "open display tasks" icon is there and active.

WE looked at note 1478251 and we are at SAPKITL435.

I am not the task creator but am helping someone who is....

Anything else we can check?

Thanks, Neeta

Hi all,

Also, when the icon is selected which is marked as 'No open tasks", this does NOT go to "Change System Administration " screen BUT stays in the "System Monitoring Administration" screen with the graphics....
