SRM 5.0 PDP scenario.
Buyer is processing the Redistribute Workload screen. While processing here, the document (SC & PO)raises an approval error (encountered at BBP_DOC_CHECK BADI).
The Doc check badi has been customized to raise an error whenever the requestor does not have a valid approver assigned or with no sufficient limit. This logic works good for SC and PO approval workflows.
The problem here is the check placed for Workflow logic is also encountered/raised during performing Redistribute Workload as this also execute the Doc_check badi.
If you will agree with me.... While executing the Redistribute Workload for documents that are already in Ordered status ideally should not raise an approval error (as its not logical). But this is raised as its written in Doc_check badi. I hope you are able to understand the problem here.
Request you to please suggest options to help skip the error (kept for workflow checking) while executing the Redistribute Workload screen.
