Appropriation requests

Dear Colleagues,

Do you know if there is any workaround to assign appropriation requests not to Level 1 WBS-elements, but further down?

I am basically having bottom-up budget scenario, while classic IM is top-down budget allocation.

The idea is to have a workflow approval process at the level of individual AFE requests corresponding to quite low level WBS-elements, without a need to manage overall central budget with IM program.

Not possible, It is the System design. Search the forum you will find a note which explains why it is not possible.
