CHARM: ZDTM Document copies data from ZDCR

Hi Experts,

While creating a Test message (ZDTM), it copies certain data from ZDCR document like:

1. Description

2. IBase/Component

Is it possible to avoid this and have a blank ZDTM document created?

Hi Faisal,

It is very much possible. See the "Copy control rules", in activity "Make settings for Chagne Transactions Types" (ID: SOCM_MAIN_001).

Thanks for your reply. I went to:

SPRO->SAP Solution Manager->Scenario Specific settings->Change Request Management->Extended Configuration->Change Transaction->Change Transaction Types.

After that I lost. May you please guide me? Also, how exactly I control this thing here?

I would really appreciate your help on this.

Hi

we faced such issues with the integration of change request with service desk,but here the test message the picture, please try the below,

spro-> reference img->solution manager -> scenario specific setting ->change req management-> change transaction-> change transaction type-> make settings for change transaction type

new window opens

here select the transaction type test message (SDTM)--> click on the word "copy control rules" on left panel

In the right side display there should be a column TP type, remove "SDCR" from there. It should be blank to avoid such copy.
