Print Issue

Hi All,

I have an issue with printing for a user. Each time she print a sales order/ delivery order or invoice, it keeps going to spool and doesn't prints out. But for another user it seems fine. I done the checking for the output type, user profile spool control is also set to Print Immediately. Is there anything else to check?

each request from your side needs two request in SAP

1.) spooling request

2.) output request

axs mentioned here in SU01 user data you can select "print out immideatey"

as result when starting a print request quest 1.) and requst 2.) is bundled and done in one go

Check at sp01 or sp02 and if you find in status a "minus sign" mark this spool and send it to a printer of your choice!

As suggested it could be the issue with printer settings as the users are different, check with the printer settings for the user

please check in SU01 the out put device or printer settings for both.

because it might be different for two users.

please check and update
