RAR - Reports - Segregation by user

Hi,

Is it possible to give access to RAR report's by making a segregation by user/systeme ?

example :

There is 3 systems connected in RAR.

SYSTA

SYSTB

SYSTC

The USER 1 who want to consult RAR reports's for his company must have access only to SYSTA

The USER 2 who want to consult RAR reports's for his company must have access only to SYSTB and SYSTC

for information : 2 differents company will be connected on the same GRC AC

Hi,

i think its not possible..

As mentioned below, the three ABAP systems are connected to the GRC RAR system. so that users should be choose the appropriate system while running the RAR reports. Bcoz the predefined UME roles are same. if we can assign the UME roles to the Users, they have same access. so that they can able to run the reports for all systems.

i think like you, (that it's not possible)

GRC is an application to make sécurity, but GRC itself is not oriented security.

This is not possible in 5.X but would be possible in AC 10.0.

Sorry to contradict with you...

However in AC 5.3 we had provided so much option for SOD within GRC........

Each and every button you click in RAR, has separate Permission defined for it.

So that roles can created in UME without SOD.

Now in this case I will suggest that RAR administrator schedule one SOD job per system and send spool to the individuals.

That is the way AC should be administered.

I will suggest please log Enhancement request with SAP, and may be they will create more Sub-permissions for your requirement in 5.3.
