Do we need to uninstall and install SEEBURGER when upgrading the SEEBURGER which has adapters at different version level ?
Hi,
if you are on XI 3.0 / 7.0 and are upgrading to 7.11 you need to uninstall.
Check SAP Note 1167474 for details.
if you are on 7.1x and are upgrading from, for example 2.1.2 to 2.1.4 you normally don't need to uninstall.
But you should always check the corresponding release notes, to make sure you follow all upgrade steps correctly.
regards,
Daniel

We are still working on getting the documentation from marketplace but referring to your statement
"if you are on 7.1x and are upgrading from, for example 2.1.2 to 2.1.4 you normally don't need to uninstall."
I suppose you meant when we are upgrading SAP PI from 7.10 to 7.11 then if you have SEEBURGER version 2.1.X then we can just upgrade SEEBURGER to 2.1.4 instaed of undeplying it and then deploying.
Please confirm, ofcourse we will be checking the documentation to confirm but in the meantime please confirm what you said.
