Remove KPI from KPI library

How can we delete a KPI from the KPI Library with SUPM 1.0?

Hi François,

You can delete the KPI from the KPI Library, follow these steps.

Find the KPI in the KPI Library

Right click --> Edit

Go to Actions Tab

There you would find "Delete"

This is how you can delete the KPI form the SuPM 1.0 System

Dear François,

you should log in with the users having CRL roles

Go to KPI Library,

select the KPI Which you want to delete (Edit)

In the edit mode on the Top Menu Bar you would find

"Reporting and Performance" -- "Actions" -- "ApplicationSetup" -- " KPI Data Collection" -- "Settings" -- "Help"

Click on "Actions" You would get a drilldown

New

E-mail

Unshare

Save

Save As..

Rename

Delete

You can click on Delete and the system would confirm from you whether to delete the KPI --- select "Yes"

this should delete the KPI

Also if you are not able to see the Action tab in menu... please let me know what are the roles that are assigned to the User ID through which you are deleting the KPI

You should have the following Roles

1) SAP_XA_ADMINISTRATOR

2) SAP_XA_SR_CENTRAL

3) SAP_XA_SR_USER
