Printing Issue

Hi all,

We have installed a HP-1020 laserjet printer. When we try to print a small report, its printing properly, but when the same is bieng done for large report, spool request is bieng generated,but it is failing to print.

Could be the issue related to printer RAM ( which is 2mb) or with any SPAD settings??

Hi Mudasir,

Check if in the printer settings you can use "Print As Image" option Try to print when this option is selected. If you are able to print then it's likely an issue on a printer side.If so, you can play with other printer's settings, for example, decrease the size of the packages sent to your printer at one time
