Hi
I've read in forum, that settlement date in shipment cost document can be manually changed. but in my case it is greayed out. So manually can't be changed in change mode.
Note: Shipment cost not yet transferred to Account.
Can u please help.

Follow these steps and it should let you change the settlment date.
VI02 - Go in to the item you want to change the settlment date (Settlement tab)
Click on the Delete account assignment tab/ trash can symbol
It will open up the settlement date (Also the transfer and cancellation button are grayed out)
Change it to relavent settlement date and reassign the account assigment (Icon next to the delete accoutn assignemnt it should be in green color)
Account assignemnt is again complete.
Now you have a new settlement date and account assignment.

Hi,
What has been told above is correct. Settlement date cannot be changed once account assignment has been completed and Pricing date cannot be changed once 'Transfer' happens to FI/CO.
So in order to change the Settlement date, you must delete the account assignment first and then change the same, and do the account assignment again.
