how packing box (pallet) for finished goods can be used during SD?

Hi all,

We need to create a packing material lets say box, and assume that in one box there are around 10 materials.

how this can be done - is it by using HUM, and later on there is a need to track the movement of these two, kindly suggest me on this

You need to configure "Packaging material Type" for Box/Pallet. HUM is not necessary. Just configure a test case in Sandbox/DEV by following the LE-Shipping-Packing-xxxx.

Also, Pls dont forget to configure the 'packing control' in 'delivery item category'.

Also, you need to check how the packing is to be done, if the material are managed batchwise.

this is single level packing.

which contains 10 materials + BOX over it.

so you are requested to use HANDLING UNIT MANAGEMENT for the same.

even if no HUM configuration also its possible - that means even if NO HUM configuration is not there also this will work in normal packing process - please check the configuration

hope this clears your issue.
