Can any body tell the sequences to record results / defects for a quality lot.

pre requisites for result recording

1. inspection plan should be present

2. qm view, inspection type ' check char' and 'insp. with task list ' should to active.

pre requisites for defect recording

1. codes of catalog type 9 should be configured

2. catalog profile attached to notification type used for inspection type

go to qa32, select insppection lot and click on result recording and record, similarly click on defect and select relevent defects

1. MM02- Assign inspection type in material master.

2. QP01 -Create inspection plan.

3. QA01 - Create inspection lot manually or MIGO - create Inspection lot automatically.

4. QE01 - To record results

5. QF01 - to record defects.
