Hi Experts,
Where should i create the RFx?? whether in SRM POrtal ( in SRM PORTAL i do not find the create button!! ) or SRM server if it is in SRM server what is the T code??
Thanks
Hello Rakesh,
RFX can be created in Portal from SRM 7.0 onwards. If you are using SRM 5.0 you can create RFX either in SAP GUI or Http access.
Since you mentioned you logged onto portal, you must be on SRM 7.0
You can access the RFX with the below path.
Strategic Purchasing -> Strategic Sourcing -> Create Documents (Choose RFX).

Hello Rakesh,
The user you have logged on with must be just a SU01 user and not available in Organizational chart.
Make sure the user is in the organizational chart as well it has the strategic Purchasing role.

whoever is trying to perform actions in the web front they must be integrated to organisation structure either purchase organisation or vendor organisation structure.
Indeed
bidder integrated to vendor organisation structure- when you create a bidder or contact person it must have asked you object id of vendor org structure
buyer integrated to purchasing organisation structure.
Request you to revisit your work flow configuration

You define process schemas and process levels in Customizing for SAP Supplier Relationship Management under SRM Server Cross-Application Basic Settings Business Workflow Process-Controlled Workflow Business Process Configuration Define Processes .
Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> SAP Business Workflow (New) -> SRM Workflow Settings -> Workflow Settings -> Define Process Levels
Also please note It is in Portal not in server.

After creating shopping cart go to carry out sourcing under central functions and select the shopping cart then click on create draft where you can see RFx option.
