When condition value is zero

Hi,

In the pricing procedure there is a condition type ZOCE which is for commission. It is calculated as a percentage and can be entered manually in the sales order

Now when the value is for this condition type is maintained as zero, the system is not allowing me to save the sales order, as the message 'value for ZOCE not maintained'.

I want to save the order even when the value for ZOCE is zero.

What should I do? Please advice.

Dear Freind,

This error could be because of following reason

1) Mandetory Field is activated against Condition Type in Pricing Procedure,pls untick the same.

2) Pricing is maiantined in Incompletion log for Sales Header,pls remove the same.

3) User exist has been applied,pls consult with your ABAPER for the same.

Couple of options are there:-

1) If you want to deviate the incompletion log for all the scenarios, you can do so by removing the tick "Incompletion Log" in VOV8 for your sale order type.

2) In Incompletion Procedure (OVA2), you can change this to a warning message. But the impact will be, even pricing condition is not maintained for any other condition type, system will give only a warning and not an error.

3) Through an exit, this can be controlled in such a way that only if this condition type flows with value zero, system should allow to save.

You need to decide which one is the best option.

In pricing procedure you might have maintained this condition type as MANDATORY, remove the mandatory for this condition type in pricing procedure and try

Is the any requirment type assgined to Condition type???

Or you have mainatined this in incompletion procedure?

In Your imcompletetion procedure, you might have mainatiend below setting

Table-Fldname-Description-Scr-Status

VBAP-PRSOK-Pricing--

---

PKON-06

To check this Go to OVA2 and do the following

Select B-Sales Item

Select Procedures tab

Select 20-Standard Item

Double click on Fields

Check whether you have maintained the abve setting or not, if maintained then you have to remove that or maintain it as waraning message
