problem in Barcode value reading in smartforms

Hi experts,

I have created barcode in se73 as ZQMBARC which i have assigned as character format for partcular value in style .

In print output Barcodes are coming...when i am going to scan that barcode using barcode scanner..it is not reading..

Can any body plz help me..is there any settings?

If u have codemode A

The System determinates the mode by its own. I used 128c for my printing. To get the C code make shure u have only numeric letters for the barcode. I castet a character field with numbers to a numeric type to get the c mode.

I think 128 c is the code the most scanner are able to read

please give some more details for your barcode. Which code do you use?

Is it old or new technology and so on.....
