CHaRM-Not able to see Logon to System

Hi Experts

In Normal Correction, In actions after set in Development I could not able to see the "Logon System". I have checked all the settings but I could not able to find this.

Please help me to resolve the issue

As per your advise, I have deleted and recreated the same.

Still I am facing the same (task is appearing)

When you set to "in development" the transactions has no errors? check if a red button appears in the screen, that could be the cause.

Hi Venkatesan,

Schedule condition seems to be ok. Please delete the schedule condition and check it. Hopefully you get that option.

Hi Venkatesan,

I express my apologies for giving you incorrect tcode. Please go to SPPFDETCRM and select Action Profile: Normal Correction from the left pane. Please click on "Technical Names" above to get your custom normal correction document. Then from the right pane, please select LOGON option by double clicking it. Below to that you find 4 tabs. Please select "Schedule Condition" and check what was discussed before.

HI Venkatesan,

I had faced the same problem and experts from this forum have helped me, Please check the schedule condition for this action in CRMC_ACTION_DEF tcode. If possible, please paste the details here. I have learnt that sometimes the default SAP shipped actions are erroneous. Therefore, please check it.
