BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE2 for released documents

Hi,

I want to change the classification for a released document. It works for new documents but not for released DIRs. I have tried the BAPI - BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE2. I have also performed a commit after the BAPI but the result does not appear on the database.

Hi Thomas,

please note it would not be possible to change the classification data when a DIR is in released status from the dialog mode or via BAPI. Therefore the status of the document info record needs to be change first.
