When a customer is created, the following message is shown:

u2018Allocate number from the critical areau2019.

What does it means?

It happens because the parameter retcode of the function NUMBER_GET_NEXT returns u20181u2019 ( sy-subrc of ThNoGet returns u20181u2019).

What is the message number?

Check in t.code SNRO, with object DEBITOR. Check the settings for Warning % and Main memory buffering. One of the settings may cause this message. If you put the message number, then I think it is a bit easy to look for reason.
