Hi Experts,
I am having one Text field in my print form(offline) for which dynamic text (string) will be populated.
My Probelm is Text field is not getting expanded according to text instead i am getting scroll button.
I need to expand the text field with out getting scroll button.
I tried all the ways like multiple lines, expand to fit, Subform(flowed) but none of them were working.
Please help in solving this issue.
Regards,
Kiruba.
Hi Kiruba,
I think it is simple.
1) Place the textField in a positioned subform
2) Check expand to fit for both X and Y coordinates (Width & Height)
3) Don't check multiple lines
Check the data binding as well. It is working fine for me.
Thanks & Regards,
Sanoosh

I could reproduce your problem and the only way I could solve it was creating a new blank form and copying all the elements from the original one.
I even tried to delete all the elements from the "non working form" and just copied a text field in a subform and it didn't work, but it did in a new form.

hello,
set expand-to-fit for height attribute of your field and set content type: flowed for the parent subform of your field. That should be enough to make things working. By the way this quesion has been ask many times before, are you sure you didn´t get any answers from the search?
cheers Otto
