Dear all,

During support pack i got error on PROD Open extraction ..

can we delete ---> Deletion of setup Data ( through LBWG) , its advisable ....

Kindly advise

Hi,

check whether BI queue are running on the system. If yes, please clear these queues and then try.

Yes , i have cleared queue are there in R3 PROD without BI functional advise....

its advisable , any issue will come after deleting BI queue ....

Yes You can delete setup data. It is advisable.

Hi,

I would not suggest you to delete the queue manually in production system, ask BI person to clear the queue. Then continue with your support package upgrade.
