Configuration Guides are available in SAP Solution Manager. Downloaded offline versionfor configuration guides are also available in SAP Service Marketplace.

Thanks, Can you give me step wise procedure for Bidding process

Ex: create material next step create vendor next create info record some thing like this , if you have documents step by step procedure will be really helpful.
