Hello,

Sometime while packing in OBD system automatically inputted packing material qty (ex- Box = 1). This does not happen always. This happens intermittently. Actually system should not allow to enter manually packing material qty. But sometime after packing we observed that packing material qty = 1 is automatically entered by the system.

Could you please tell me what could be the issue?

Hi,

We checked it already. Item category of packing material is not relevant for picking. Delivery qty for packing material = 1 in OBD is entered by the system automatically when packing is done and it happens intermittently and not always. Is there any OSS note for this?

I have another alternative for this, packing material/HU entry 900001, should not be included in line item of delivery when packing is done. What are the configurations steps that prevent HU line item of OBD 900001 entry to enter in OBD?
