Service Order Configuration

Hi SAP Gurus,

We have a scenario : The Customer buys all the required Materials used for building a project. He actually outsources the work to be done for the same (Service Order). If at all we have to bill to the same Cusotmer, for the Service provided, we have to create a Service Order & raise billing accordingly.

Can you please help me the Steps to be followed & how to go about in SAP SD for Configuring the Service Order.
