Stock Problem

Dear Friends

Not able to create delivery though there is sufficient stock (unrestricted) in the storage location.

The error message # is VL150.

Any help/guidance?

check the storage location parameters & also check whether stock is reserved against it.

Check MMBE for the storage Loc (not entered in SO)

Sufficient stock for the particular batch in "Unrestricted" stock type. (All other stock types 'zero")

Not sure, where else to check.

AV.Chk is not configured. But, when I checked the MMR of that material, in sales:General/Plant tab, Av.Chk is given as 2 (Individual Requirements)

Hi,

If it is AFS you should de-allocate pervious sales orders J4AB is transaction code.

Then your sales order can be allocated and delivered.

In OVZ9 (Av Chk for deliveries) , for checking grp of Av.Chk 02 & checking rule A (SD Oder), under the tab "Storage loc inspection", the control "No S.Loc inspection" is DEACTIVATED.

should that be ACTIVATED?

1) Check in material master MRP view whether any safety stock is maintained

2) Check in MD04 whether any delivery reference is flowing

3) Check in OVZ9 whether "Include sales reqmts" is ticked for the combination of 02/A

1) MRP View is NOT maintained for this material. (material type)

2)In MD04, as on today's date,sufficient 'available qty" MRP Type - Blank No delivery reference

3)Yes, for the combiantion of 02-Ind Reqt & check rule - A, that control "include sales reqts" is ACTIVATED.

1) okay

2) In MD04, the stock quantity should be in blue colour

3) This means, system will give preference based on the sale order creation date and time. For example, today (18th), you create a sale order at 10.00am and another sale order for the same material at 10.05am. System will allocate stock for the first sale order and you cannot divert this, unless you assign reason for rejection or delete that sale order.

Yes, in MD04, the "Available qty' is blue in color.
