Material number not displayed in the Project related purchase requasitation

Dear All ,

I am create project and assign external activity to the wbs and assign material (trading goods,L ,reserve for wbs specifications) to the external activity ,then release the wbs,activity now system is generate the PR for the activity.in the PR i am not geting the materials which is assigned to the activity,in the PR only external activity is display as a line item,in the material place of PR is display as blank, can any one help me on this issue

the PR created is for "External Activity" as you said.

The material will have a separate PR (creation of PR based on the procurement indicator)

i got it the things well,i am little bit confessed about the Reservations and requisition of the material assignment to activity.

Hi,

The PR that you have created is for external activity. The material related PR is not created probably. You can check the PR for material in the detail screen of he component.

But why do you want to assign material to external activity ? Always Cost activity or Internal activity is prefered for material assignments and procurements
