SRM PO OUTPUT Options

Hello

In standard SRM for PO output we can select either Printer, Email,fax,XML.

In our system (srm4.0) we aren't able to select the various options.As default E-Mail is selected & if we want to change it to printout than system is not opting for defined change in output medium.

Please suggest a way so that I can select other options as well.

Please check the supplier master. Which output option is available for the supplier?

Hello

In transaction BP we have maintained printer.Although this cofiguration exists in system user should be allowd to change the output at document level. CORRECT??

This is a standard SRM functionality.

But in my case system again jumps back to default output medium.

Do any body have come across such error or is it connected to MM condition records since we are in ECS.
