not able to load the MDM repository after upgrading from MDM 5.5 to MDM 7.1

Hi SDNers,

I am upgrading MDM version from 5.5 SP06 to MDM 7.1.

when I first tried to Unarchie repository from 5.5 to 7.1 I am able to load the repository with Update Indicies. and I can perform the operations like Import and Syndicate.

But suddenlly I dont know what happened I am able to Unarchieve the repository. But I am not bale to Load the repository.

Can you please suggest why I am not able to load the repository.

Old MDM version = MDM 5.5 SP06

New MDM version = MDM 7.1

I am getting this error

Load error(0x80020018: Error accessing file--sharing violation) on XXX repository

Throwing an RCException on encountering error: 0x80020018

Any help???

Hi Kiran,

Check the folder permissions on MDM Folder Structure and try loading the repository, this may be a problem.
