color logo not printing correctly when using black and white printer

Hi

i have a logo to be printed in smartform. The logo has got two parts :

1) there is a design and 2) there is name written under the design.

The design part is in Orange color and name is in Black color.

when using black and white printer the design part of logo is not coming but the name is coming.

i want to know how to resolve this ? also how to increase or decrease the size of the graphic and how to improve printed clarity?

Hi,

Covert the logo into .rtf or .bmp file through any converter and upload the same using SE78. Then use that in your smartform.

You can adjust the value DPI under technical attribute of graphics node for size and resolution of your logo..!!!
