icm/authfile parameter not set

Dear All ,

when i changed the instance profile for icm/authfile parameter ,

the standard value D:\usr\sap\ECC\SYS\global\security\data\icmauth.txt

but the problem i'm facing is that i could not find this file (icmauth.txt) in O.S level .

please advice .

when i'm following up with steps , some strange has came "the parameter name is not known "wdisp/max_servers" parameter

pls advice .
