I have few questions about IDM.

1. Is IDM compatible with Citrix?

2. How long does an IDM project implementation take?

3. Do you have any references about clients who have installed this tool?

1. Is IDM compatible with Citrix?

If you mean working over a remote connection, there's no reason why it would not.

2. How long does an IDM project implementation take?

That's a pretty open question, what do you want to do? Requirements and design can take a couple of months. Specific goals (AD provisioning, PW Management, etc) can start to roll into production 4-8 weeks after depending on testing and acceptance processes.

3. Do you have any references about clients who have installed this tool?

A few here in the US are quite happy with it. I would check with your local SAP Representative or local ASUG chapter if you're here in the states.
