Dates in Shipment

Dear All,

While creating shipment, the dates in planning has to be entered manually.

I have added routine 08 in "COPY ROUTINE" in 0VTK- SHIPMENT TYPES.

Even in spite of it the dates have to be entered manually.

.I have enabled Automatic PGI and Automatic Billing in Report RV56ABST.But both PGI and billing has to be done manually.The assignment has also been done.What could the problem be.

Hi,

For the copy routine

Normally assigning routine to shipment type should copy the dates from delivery. For that set the planning status of your shipment.

If that does not work and you use standard routine '008', I suggest to put a breakpoint in include FV56C008 to check if this routine is executed.

And if yes simply follow the code in debugging to check if there is any inconsistency.

Regarding RV56ABST:

Did you activate activity profile for given shipment status under 'define and assign activity profiles' in IMG? (Check *ACTPRF fields in TVTK for your shipment type). And if yes, did you set given status for your shipment?
