How to keep some values material in stock, which don't want to sale

Hi Al,

I have 1 material with two batch (1, 2, 3 ). Batch 1 older than batch 2 and 3.

When I create SO, batch 1 always was selected first. But now, i don't want to sell batch 1, so I want the system auto select batch 2, 3 before 1.

How can I dot that ?

hi,

this is to inform you that,

basing on the batch creation date in MSC1N.

the first batch is getting picked so that if you want to pick the second batch instead of first one remove it and take the second or third batch manually.

if you want to take it automatically then its a configuration change and then it will pick the second batch automatically for ever & this depends on LIFO & FIFO configuration techniques.

please pick manually.

Try MB1b 344 to Blocked.

MSC2N - Available From Date.

Thanks for reply, but :

- If move to QI, because that goods are confused with qty are checking.

- If move to Block, when run MPS, the system will not calculate that value.
