Unable to record result in source inspection

Hi!

I am unable to record result for inspection lot. I have maintained following data:

1. Material master with inspection type 0101 (Source inspection)

2. Inspection plan with task list and operation and MIC with reference to operation.

3. Quality Info record.

4. Purchase Order

While doing result recording of inspection lot, system status is CRTD for inspection lot. Therefore unable to do result recording.

Please advice to record result.

Hi

Pls check:

1. TL valid from date is prior or same as the lot creation date

2. You dont have more than one TL for that material with same usage.

Hi,

First check the validity date & TL usage of Inspection plan. If u are using both GR & source Inspection, you need to use different usage 5 & 51. Also check MIc's attached to plan & check settings in QM view of material master for RR activation tab. On observation, goto QA02-->selct lot and click assign Insp plan tab & sample calculation tab. save lot no.

First check inspection plan using QP02 transaction. Check

1. Inspection plan effective date - this should be earlier than Inspection lot creation date

2. Inspection plan usage is not matching with the current transaction

Once you correct the inspection plan, to assign corrected inspection plan to IL.

1. Change inspection lot using QA02 transaction

2. In the second tab, re-assign the inspection plan.

3. His enter twice. Make sure that system has calculated the sample. Is sample is not calculated, inspection lot will not be released.

4. Save inspection lot.
