Hi,

Just curious to know whether users are able to connect to your DEV system where router resides ? if yes then what are the message / logs users are getting while connecting to PRD check if there's any permission issue with route (routetab file) and add if require.

Kindly post the logs here to understand better.

Thanks,

Salim

Hi,

To access from web you need to configure reverse proxy like Apache or Web Disptcher..

Web Dispatcher is an sap product you can referr to installation guide of web dispatcher under

https://service.sap.com/instguides-->; Sap NW --> NW 7.0 --> Installation --> Standalone engine -->Inst: Web Dispatcher <OS><Version>

A reverse proxy is not mandatory for being able to access a SAP system from external. It is a good idea to use - as a firewall and DMZ in between.

What is needed is that the IP or FQDN and the HTTP server of the SAP system is accessible from outside.
