Dear All ,

when i was copying the client , it shows me this message

"Work process re - started , session terminated" then the session is closed.

Hi,

i also experienced the same when I was copying the client from 001 using SAP_CUST profile. I trouble-shooted the problem by doing the following things:

1) As the client copy happens in BACK-GROUND so I increased the number of background process in the Instance Profile from default 3 to 6.

2) I took a look at all the other background jobs that are running apart from client copy. I found out that my SGEN was running. So I terminated that. Please do terminate any HEAVY background jobs like SGEN, etc, before doing client copy if your BTC WP is low.

The above things worked for me, try if it works for you.

i solved this problem by increased the number of background process in instance profile from default 3 to 6 .

Hi,

If above solution does not work try to update your kernel.

I faced the same issue in one of our client's system and i updated the kernel and that worked for me.
