CMP2 work force planning available capacity shows less

In CMP2 workforce planning : The available capacity for a person (assigned to activity) shows 7.5 Hrs each day although Capacity for that one resours is 8 Hrs (=Operating time). There is only 1 capacity in the work center.

Can some one give any idea why this descrepancy ?

In the Work Center, while defining capacity you must have defined 8Hrs working with 0.5 Hrs for lunch.

Also check the formula used in the capacities tab of the workcenter.

I think its pull the data from personal work timing details...Check the respective infotype in employee master data...i think its infotype 007...I am not sure, check with your HR consultant.
